Ownership

• The source, build configuration, dependencies, assets, tests, and licenses live inside one game folder.
• The owner can reproduce the release and replace its public package as a whole.
• The rights record names third-party code, fonts, audio, images, and their terms.

First visit

• The primary action teaches the strange rule within fifteen seconds.
• The player can restart, recover from lost focus, and leave through the shared wrapper.
• The record states checked inputs, player arrangement, visit length, controls, and known limits.

Release craft

• The production build finishes without errors or warnings.
• The owner measures release weight and records an exception when the premise needs more than the starting budget.
• Keyboard access, focus, contrast, reduced motion, sound, touch, and gamepad claims match direct checks.

Safety

The Keeper checks content notes, accidental resemblance to real mass-casualty events, external network calls, storage, and failure behavior. A vehicle aimed at paired tower-like forms cannot ship until the vehicle, landmarks, and approach path have changed.

Public evidence

A promoted record shows a current gameplay capture, version, transfer weight, check date, controls, access note, Keeper note, source, and rights link. A blocking failure keeps the artifact from receiving reviewed status. Its permanent Cabinet number does not change.
