Keeper note 02

Earning the Core shelf

The checks an artifact passes before the Keeper places it on Fantery's first shelf.

The Core shelf holds nine artifacts today. Each one has source we can rebuild, a rights record we can inspect, and a release we can replace as one complete package.

The Keeper plays the first minute with fresh hands. The main action must teach the rule. Controls must match the record. A touch claim needs a touch path; a reduced-motion claim needs code that honors the setting. We record limits beside support because a vague accessibility badge helps no one.

Size belongs in the review. The browser transfers code, fonts, sound, and art before the rule can do its work. We measure the release after the production build and keep exceptions visible.

A gameplay capture finishes the packet. The image comes from the reviewed release at play, with no concept art standing in for the game. If any blocking check fails, the artifact stays in the Index or Archive while the workshop repairs it.
